Julian and her husband's son Isaac were executors of Richard's estateafter he died in 1689. The will ewas proven in court 26 March 1689. Isaac was on e of the executors of his father's will, along with Richard's wife Julian. "I noticed you had my uncle down as Robert W. McSwain (Bobby). He like my dad ran off and left his children and a great wife to do whatever. I have no idea of his life except I did find where he lived in Richland County and I believe he was also buried there (Jan.1, 1997). I don't know if he remarried, but we always called the wife he left Aunt Grace. I don't remember any record of my grandfather ever living in Spartanburg, so I'm quite sure he (Robert) was born in Cherokee Co." -- Larry McSwain, personal Ancestry Messaging to Orville Boyd Jenkins, 24 August 2015
---------------- Cyrus Lester Mcswain Sr, Tissie's son, was married to my grandma's sister Eunice Davis and Kevin [McSwain]'s wife Gina comes through the Criswell line from Lavada Mae West. Lavada Mae was daughter of Charles Winston West. He was Eunice Davis' uncle. Eunice and my grandma Lela Bridgette Davis were daughters of great grandma Maggie West, who married Alex Davis first and had several girls. When Alex died she married Henry Oliver Marcum. H O had two kids by his marriage to a Rosie? (I can't find what her last name was.) She died then H O married Maggie West then H O's boy Roy Marcum married Lela Davis, Maggie West Davis' daughter. So I wound up with two great grandparent sets that way on them. Roy and Lela's daughter Maggie Marcum (mom) married my dad Floyd Utley. -- Ancestry Messaging from Mike Utley to Orville Boyd Jenkins, 19 January 2020 ----------------

"Cathie, two of Rudolph Fischer's daughters by Kahchacha (Bertie and Helen) married two of Quanah Parker's sons (Len and Thomas). Everything that I was able to learn about Fischer I incorporated into my book 'The Captured.'" They married in 1912. Her name appears here as Ah-way, seeming to be a short version of A-se-way-nah? Caddo County Oklahoma Marriage Records Book #6, Record #546, 27 Feb 1914 Ah-way Parker, Len -- RootsWeb, http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~okcaddo/marriage/marbk6b.txt Yet in the 1914 Comanche census, Len is reported by himself. Since Bertie is also a Comanche, it seems she should have been reported with him. The wife in the marriage record is Comanche. I have not found the Asewaynah (Fisher) family in 1914 to see hos Bertie is listed there. ---------------------- 1914 Indian Census Rolls, Comanche Tribe, Oklahoma, 1 July, Kiowa Agency, Comanche Tribe, page 2 Tit-tah (Thomas Parker) 6.25 Head 1891 M Victoria Wer yack we Wife 1898 F Ruth Dau 1913 F1913 F Ne hio (Len Parker) 6.5 1890 M ---------------------- Bertie's father Rudolph and his wife Tissy Chau er are living next door to Bertie and Joe. 1912 Indian Census Rolls, Comanche Tribe, Oklahoma, 30 June, Kiowa Agency, No page # #1148 Ase way nah (Rudolph Fisher) Head age 62 [b abt 1850] M #1149 Tissy Chau er Wife age 58 [b 1854] F #1150 Henry Ase way nah (Willie Fisher) Son age 16 [b 1896] M #1151 Mary Ase way nah (Kit sey) Dau age 16 [b 1896] F #1152 Lottie Fisher Dau age 12 [b 1900] F #1153 Mamie Fisher F. They are living with her family group, with their two daughters. They have been married about 3 years. I'm puzzled about Bertie's earlier son Joe, who does not appear. Perhaps he died. And I have not found information about her husband, the father of Joe. From teh informatoin we have, Bertie and Len married some time after 30 June 1914. I have not found their marriage record. ------------------ 1917 Indian Census Rolls, Comanche Tribe, Oklahoma, 30 June, Kiowa Agency #1184 A se way nah (Rudolph Fisher) Husb b abt 1850 M Fam #529 #1185 Tissy chau er Wife b 1854 F #1186 Lottie Fisher Dau b 1901 F #1187 Mamie Fisher Dau b 1905 F #1188 Mary A se way nah Head b 1896 F #529 1/8 #1189 Augusta Bosin, Jr Son [sic] b 1915 F #1190 Caroline Bosin, Jr Dau b 1917 F #1186 Henry Ase way nah (Willie Fisher) Head b 1896 M #529.25 #1192 Ne hi o (Len Parker) Head b 1890 M #529.5 #1193 Bertie A se way nah Wife b 1892 F #1194 Vera Parker Dau b 1915 F #1195 Iona Parker Dau b 1917 F ------------------ ------------------ 1920 Indian Census Rolls, Comanche Tribe, Oklahoma, 30 June, Kiowa Agency #1193 Ase-way-nah (Rudolph Fisher) Head b 1850 M Fam #529 #1194 Tissy-chau-er Wife b 1854 F #1195 Mamie Fisher Dau b 1905 F #1196 Lottie Fisher Dau b 1901 F #529.75 #1197 Mary Asewaynah [sic, no hyphens or spaces] Head b 1896 F #529 1/8 #1198 Augusta Bosin, Jr Son b 1915 M #1190 Caroline Bosin Dau b 1917 F #1200 Eleanor Bosin Dau b 1919 F #1201 Henry Asewaynah [sic] (Willie Fisher) Head b 1896 M #529.5 #1202 Verbera [Verbena] Fisher Dau b 1917 F #1203 Bernice Fisher Dau b 1919 F #1204 Ne hi o (Len Parker) Head b 1890 M #529.25 #1205 Bertie Asewaynah [sic] Wife b 1892 F #1206 Vera Parker Dau b 1915 F #1204 Iona Parker Dau b 1917 F ------------------ 1930 Federal Census, Comanche County, Oklahoma, 10 April, Chandler Township, District 4, page 5A, Hse/Fam #81 Parker, Len Head Owns M Ind 39 Married at age 18 Oklahoma Mixed Blood Comanche Farmer Parker, Bertie Wife F Ind 35 Married at age 20 Oklahoma Mixed Blood Comanche Parker, Vera Dau F Ind 14 OK Mixed Blood Comanche Parker, Iona Dau F Ind 13 OK Mixed Blood Comanche Parker, Geraldine Dau F Ind 9 OK Mixed Blood Comanche Parker, Harold Head M Ind 5 OK Mixed Blood Comanche Parker, Lenord M Ind 3yrs3mos OK Mixed Blood Comanche 1930 Indian Census Rolls, Comanche Tribe, Oklahoma, 1 April, Kiowa Agency, Page 22 #2810 Ne-hio (Len Parker) Male 49 Comanche 1/4 Married Head #2811 Asewaynah, Bertie Female 38 Comanche 1/4 Married Wife #2812 Parker, Vera Female 15 Comanche 1/4 Dau #2813 Parker, Iona Female 13 Comanche 1/4 Dau #2814 Parker, Geraldine Rosella Female 10 Comanche 1/4 Dau #2815 Parker, Harold Male 5 Comanche 1/4 Son #2816 Parker, Leonard Male 4 Comanche 1/4 Son Bertie Asewaynah Fisher (2 July 1892-7 January 1986 Oklahoma (no source information provided for the death date.
