"Allie met and married Payne Wilkerson in 1918. She had two boys, Leroy and Floyd Wilkerson. They eventually moved from the Oklahoma dust bowl to Watsonville, California, and are listed in the 1930 Fed Census (attached). At that time, Dee is still with his mom, Allie, and Violet had married Joseph Cornett and has a family which includes my mother, Betty Jo. I don't know where Margurette was, she would have been 19. Shortly after I found this 1850 census record, I found a marriage record that seemed to match Enoch and his wife: Georgia Marriages to 1850 Enoch Green Spouse Susannah Wilkerson Marriage 20 Mar 1848 Hall County, Georgia Susannah Wilkerson was the second wife of Enoch Green. Their marriage record indicates they were married in 1848. Enoch's first wife was Winny Ann Cavender, whom he married in 1840, when he was about 19. A couple of genealogies tell us that Edmond Lowery died on 25 February 1835. I have not found his wife Elizabeth in the 1840 census. This looks like a young couple, perhaps one of Elizabeth's children and spouse. We should find the head of household for the family to be her husband Edmond, if the death date in some genealogies is correct. But I have not found an Edmond Lowery in any census enumeration for Georgia in 1840.
Some genealogies report Polly was born and died in Ireland. The death in Ireland is suspicious, though, since she and her husband James migrated to the US and all their children were born there (though some undocumented genealogies report that Meshack/Meshach was born in Ireland, with both earlier and later children born in the Carolinas).
Yvette McClung provides date and place of birth on Sarah and marriage date obtained from her Revolutionary War Pension application. BJ Girardeau provides exact death date and place.
