Notes
- Virginia Jo was killed in a shotgun accident in a family home. A loaded shotgun was discovered by children when a big family gathering wasunderway at a family home in Lone Wolf, Kiowa County, Oklahoma. The gun went off and killed Virginia Jo. The story was related to me by my father, Orville Lee Jenkins. This event was a key reference in ourfamily's gun safety awareness.
