Notes
- Lenard and Nan lived in Midwest City, Oklahoma, just a few blocks from Tinker Field Air Force Base, as long as I can remember. Nan had worked at Tinker Field before she was married. In 1998, they moved out to the western edge of Midwest City. In 2006 they moved to Norman, Oklahoma. In February 2007, they moved to Richardson, Texas. Nan died only about a month later after suffering a stroke.
