Notes
- In Jenkins family documents Charles is called Charlie by his parents and grandparents. For example, in a transcript of an Oklahoma City television station, Joseph Asa was being interviewed, and as part of theprogram called Lahoma and spoke with her and Charlie. He asked Lahoma for him as Charles, but addressed the boy as Charlie.
In email correspondence in 2004, Charles told me he prefers Chuck, the name he has gone by since high school.
