- Some discussion on genealogy discussion lists on this family indicatethat no firm evidence has been found on the time of death of CharlesS Gibson. It is presumed he died before his widow Sarah Morgan Gibson married Jorile Barnett.
Sarah's daughter Nancy Jane later married Jorile's son Francis M (Frank). They are recorded in the 1880 census for HIll County Texas, nextdoor to Jorile (J R) and Sarah.
