There are two marriage index records that refer to Esther and her marriage to Few H Gregory. In one her name is reported as Bragg, and in the other as Lichlyter. The record under the Bragg name reports "No Return," which would seem to mean that no minister or JP returned a report of performing the ceremony.

The two facing pages of the book are all No Returns, which were all recopied into a separate book or separate section of the Marriage Book. They are not in date order but the entries are numbered in order. This record indicates the marriage license was issued on 9 May 1934.
