• Rachel's grave marker has her birth date as 17 August 1797, and the 1850 census reprots her age as 52, thus born about 1798.  But 1860 census she was reported as 50 years old, two years younger than reported in 1850!  This 1850 age matches birth in about 1810.

  In 1860 Rachel has a daughter Malinda in her household.  Malinda, at age 16, matches the child reported in 1850 as Catherine, 6 years old.  I would conclude that this is the same child, named Malinda Catherine.  Rachael's surname is still Few.  This may indicate she had this daughter out of wedlock, or that she married someone named Few.  Rachael and her sister Malinda are reported in separate households, but as one family.
