  Taxwell moved his family to Indian Territory.  They were enumerated for the 1900 census still in Madison County, Tennessee.  Then he was listed in several city directories for Shawnee, Oklahoma.  The earliest such record I find was in 1906, in which Tazwell was reported as a Physician.  His wife Harriett was not reported in this listing.  Their youngest child Elizabeth was reported in the 1910 census in Shawnee as 3 years old, born in Oklahoma.
  
  His now-widowed mother-in-law Mary L Fogg Barnett Hackney was enumerated in a Memphis city directory in 1903.  She also was in teh 1906 and 1907 Shawnee directories at the same address as Taz and her daughter Hariett.  She was in Taz' household in Shawnee in 1910.  So they probably moved together as a family.  A round number estimate would be 1905 for the move.

  Note that the last daughter is named Louise.  This is probably from Hattie's step-grandmother, Mary Louise Sledge.
