  Note that the death certificate says that burial was a month and 1 day after death.  I suspect the death certificate was filled in later and they inadvertently put the ddate it was filled out the official form, rather than the actual date, 2 May, wich would be the day after death, more what we would expect.  Notice that the certificate was not filed until 26 July 1965
