Notes
- The 1910 census reports Amanda is Jason's second wife, and they have been married eight years. But in fact, Amanda is Jason's third wife. This Manda is Amanda Elizabeth White, who had first married a Moore, as we see in the 1910 census from her children's names in the Forsyth household, even though that census reports this is her first marriage.
The first wife was Emily Christian, and the second was Livonia Reed, whom Jason married in 1898 after the death of Emily. Details about Emily's death and burial are unknown.
Many genealogies identify Amanda as the same Emily Chirstian of the 1880 census, naming her Amanda Emily Christian. This is not supportable in light of the records we have found.
We find Amanda or Mandy Elizabeth White in the 1910 and later censuses as the wife of Jason Forsyth. Earlier records show uer as the wife of Frank M Moore, then a widow in 1900 Infant twins of Frank and Mandy were buried in the Red River Cemetery in Hooks, Bowie County, Texas, named Frank, after the father and Charlotte. Records for this destroyed cemetery are in the the Texarkans Genealogical Society archives.
Amanda married Frank M Moore in 1892.

We next find Amanda in the 1900 census as a widow under her first married name Manda Moore in the 1900 census, in Red River County, Texas. Manda is a boarder, with her two young children, in the Hubbard home. Her daughters Audra and Ora are reported as 6 and 5 years old, respectively.

Researcher Lynda Soape Lewis discovered Amanda's name as Amanda White, from her death record. We had not found a record with this surname, but the other information about Amanda's marriage to Frank M Moore matches the information we had found earlier concerning Amanda's first marriage. But we had not found that marriage record or Ora Moore Goodman's death certificate reporting the name of her father.
"I found Jason married to a Amanda "Mandy" Elizabeth White Moore in 1910. She had two children by a previous marriage, Audry Love Moore & Ola Esther Moore. Both children were listed as Jason' daughters. However, in the 1900 Census, Amanda Moore was a widow with the same two children. Also, I found their father to be Frank M Moore as stated on Ora Ester Moore Goodman's death certificate."
-- Lynda Soape Lewis, Find a Grave Message to Orville Boyd Jenkins, 10 March 2020
The two daughters reported with Manda Moore in the 1900 census are now in the household of their stepfather Jason Forsyth.

Note that the 1910 census reports that this is Jason's second marriage, but in fact Amanda White is his third wife. The census reports they have been married for 8 years, meaning they married in about 1902. This must mean that Lavonia Reed died after only about 4 years of marriage.
