The census records and birth information left it ambiguous whether Hettie had moved to Arkansas with George and died there, or had died before George moved to Arkansas. George had a daughter name Lula in his 1900 census record, who was reported born in September 1890,
It turns out she was buried in their home area in Illinois. The burial memorial on Find a Grave reports she died in Franklin County, Illinois, where she had been born and married. But this information was provided by the manager of the memorial. No record has been found.
Lula was the only child of George that was born in Arkansas before the 1910 census. He had married in Arkansas, but only in December 1890, 3 months after Lula's birth. So maybe there was another wife in between, since Hettie's grave reports she died in 1887.
George married Fannie Moore in December 1890, then moved to Missouri, where the next three children were born and Fannie died. He married his next wife, Mary Crow, in Missouri. He did move back to Arkansas, however, and he and Mary had children there.
