  In a 1960 affidavit on the birth of her son Bobbie Gene, Bertha's middle name was recorded as Abigul.  She spelled it this way herself in her signature on the birth certificate.  This is the only document I have found attesting to her middle name other than the initial A in censuses.  Social Security and her death record have only Bertha Williams.

  Bertha reports her that Bobbie was born in Hillsboro, but the Casey Family Interactive Histories reports he was born in Bynum, in Hill County.  Bynum is a little outside Hillsboro.  He was probably born at home, in Bynum.  I suspect their mailing address was a Rural Route off of Hillsboro, so that was why in her 1960 affidavit Bertha reproted her residence as Hillsboro, and his birth as in Hillsboro.
  
  "Bobbie was born on December 26, 1929 in Bynum, Texas, and  is the son of Charlie Williams and Bertha (Abigail) Williams. ... Bobbie Gene served in the United States Army in Korea during the Korean War.  He is currently a captain in the Fort Worth Police Department."
