    Bernice died in Memphis, Tennessee, where she had been living with Louis and Nancy, before being hospitalized due to an injury then moving to a rest home.  The Social Security Death Index still showed her residential address as St. Charles, Arkansas.

    Note that this obit reports her death was in St Charles, Arkansas, while her son Roger tells me she died in Memphis, Tennessee.  Her longtime residence was St Charles.

    "I went to get my mother for Christmas 1999. ... She lived with us until sometime in 2001, when she fell, hit her head, and never seemed the same.  She was admitted to the hospital and later transferred to a nursing home until her death in February 2002."
