  Directories have listings for what appears to be the same person, but with the middle initial P, with several addresses in Oklahoma.  Stephen married Jackie D Rousey in October 1971.

  After some years with the information in this marriage record, another bit of information showed up that indicated the Rousey was actually a first married name.  She first married when she was 16.  She was born Jackie Dee Boyer.  Three years after her first marriage Jackie married Stephen Spann in LA County, California.
  
  Stephen and Jackie lived less than two years after they were married.  They were both killed in an automobile accident in Lancaster, California.

  The article informs us that there was a daughter named Jackie.  No death or burial redcord was been found for the daughter Jackei Spann.  Being about 3 years old according to the article, she was born about 1970.  Jackie married Stephen in October 1971.  After the discovery of the above death announcement in November 2015, an earlier marriage record was found for the first time, indicating that Jackie had been married earlier, at age 16.  Her name Rousey, earlier thought to be her maiden name, was actually her first married name.  Though her name was given in teh newspaper article as Jackie, the child's name was actually Daw marie Rousey.
  
  Jackie married Archer Rousey in 1968.  This means that the daughter Jackie was Archer's daughter.  This also tells us that Jackie and Archer divorced some time after Jackie's birth in 1970 and before September 1971, when she married Stephen.
