  The censuses above report the son named Mason in 1880, and the matching James M in 1900.  His age indicates he was born about 1877.  But in Find a Grave memorials, one Terry linnked as a son of Ursula Jane and William Terry is Miles, born in October 1880, according to his burial monument in the same cemeetery.  But this birth date is too late to represent the child named Mason or James M in the above censuses.  That child would seemingly be named James Mason Terry.
  
  The memorial for this son born in 1880 names him James Miles, but the monument has the name only as Miles Terry.  It seems to me this would be a different child from James Mason Terry.  The name Mason is also attested in the later family lineage, with Mason reproted as a son of William, and Mason's son named Sam, reported bySam's niec e Barbara Nelson.
