The 1910 census tells us that Cull and Ada married about 1904. In the census of 1910, Ada's father is reported in the house, giving us her maiden name.

Note that their son Clarence is reported born in Oklahoma. This is the same in the 1930 census. This means they moved before 1915 across the border into Oklahoma for some period of time, but then moved back south to Cass County, Texas, before 1920. Then at some point before 1930 they moved to the northeast into Ouachita County, Arkansas. Their son Clarence is still in the home, age 15, as well as a niece Jewel Mallonee. Jewel is the daughter of Cull's sister Ethel.

They were apparently living in Louisiana in 1937 when Ada died. Or perhaps she was in a hospital there. This is the Shreveport area bordering both Arkansas and Texas. She was buried in Ouachita County, where they had been living earlier, and where Cull was later buried also. Ouachita County, Arkansas, is about two counties northeast of Caddo Parish.
