The age of the child named Olivia here matches Della in 1910. This may be only incidental, since Della is described as a daughter and Olivia is described as a daughter-in-law (wife of Edgar). The grandchildren would be the children of Edgar and Olivia. The 1920 name Rivia matches Murtle M in 1910.
Donald Beam's genealogy of the Hamricks reports Allen's wife's name as Tursey Mitilda Gardner.

Tursey appears to be a nickname (affectionate form) of the name Terza or Tirza, a form of Teresa. The entry in the 1920 census was probably supposed to be Tirza, but was written as Tiza. SHe is referred to in 1910 as Tilda, a short form of Matilda. Allen's death certificate gives her name as Matildia Hamrick.
We find Tirza Matilda's mother Mary J Gardner living with them in 1920.
