Some genealogies report a c hild earlier than Charllie, the infant Ira J Forsyth, who is buried in Cedar Creek Cemetery, RTed River County, with other Forsyths, with the same birth and death year of 1902. But we see that this census reprots that Nipsie has had three children and all three are still iving. Nipsie and Thoams only marrired in 1902. It is thought that Ira J Forsyth was the stillborn child of Thomas' father Jason Forsyth and hsi second wife Lavonia Reed. Lavonia died sometime about 1902, because later that year Jason married Amanda White Moore a widow who lived nearby. It is thought she died in childbirth, which would match this burial of Ira.
