  Note that she was reported as 9 years old in 1900, with a birth date in January 1891.  This is three years older and earlier than her Social Security record reports.  If the Social Security date is correct, that would mean her parents or the enumerator mistook their 6-year-old for a 9 year old!  Her age of 18 in 1910 is clsoer to 1900.  She or whoever gave Social Security the birth date may have just been remembering wrong.
