GREEN
Doyle Leon, departed this earthly life to be with his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, early Wed. morn., Jan. 6, 1988. His Coronation followed a sudden and unexpected heart attack after shoveling snow for others. His death was indicative of his life, always spent in concern for others above himself.
Born Nov. 30, 1934 in Bovina, Tx. to Harry & Dorthea Green. He has been a resident of Bethany since moving here from Ca. in 1974. He has gone ahead of his very beloved wife, Marilyn; sons, Jere & Ta g; 3 grandchildren; his mother, 2 brothers and a sister.
He was designated appraiser, long time real est. prof. and noted nat'l speaker, published poet, prof. emcee & comedian, dedicated Christian, church leader and teacher, and wonderful husband, father & grandfather. "He made a friend wherever he went.'' Services are 3:00 Monday at Bethany 1st Naz. Church.
