Notes
- Randy is a doctor in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Randy says his name on hisbirth certificate is actually spelled differently than the family spelling, which was intended to be his name. The certificate reads something like Randel or Randol.
Randy was in service with the US armed forces in Germany, and he and his family returned to the US in 1982, a few days after the birth of daughter Kathleen Joanne in Bremerhaven.
