The Federal Census (1900 Chickasaw Nation, and 1910 Stephens County, Oklahoma) report Sallie's name under the spelling Sallie. Sallie's son Harold Keith Christian also spells the name Sallie.
I found that the cemetery register for Rosehiill Cemetery in Chickasha, Garday County, Oklahoma, has her name as Sallie G. I don't know where they got the G or what it might stand for. The cemetery registry does not have her birth date. They also give only the month of her death, not the day. Sallie died on 26 August 1982. The cemetery registry says she was buried on 28 August.
