Notes

• Family informaoit came to light that clarified the children of William Mack and Grace Ellen Strange, from a cousin who contacted me by email.  An unnamed child was included in a list, about whom no record had been found.  The child, born and died in 1902, may have been born dead and never named.

  A cousin, who died several years ago, gave a handwritten list of births and deaths for the children of Wm. M. Strange and Lizzy Strange ,nee Holbert.  After comparing the list with census information, I believe the information to be accurate.

  Notes (a & b):  1900 Census for Lizzy Strange, Mother, listed 4 born & 3 living children.   I am inclined to believe that Gracie died prior to census and Luther afterwards.  That would account for the 4 born and 3 living notation.

  Another Strange genealogy provides full information and exact dates for the Unknown child in the list Wayne's cousin provided.  According to this genealogy, the child born in 1902 was named Harley William Roscoe Strange, born 15 March 1902 and died 3 July 1903,  This genealogy has Eliza's name as HOBART, while her grandson Wayne Oneill Strange reported it as HOLBERT.
