  The wife's name here PA probably stands for Peggy Ann.  Peggy is a common nickname for Margaret.  Note that the census reports that Mary's baby sister Sallie was 1 month old at census time.  But the enumerator also reprted that Sallie was born in December, which would make her about 8 months old.
