  Melba Jane Horton, 60, of Eustace, TX, died Aug. 14. She was born Oct. 2, 1951, in Ethel to Ernest Horton Jr. and Ernestine Zell (Franks) Horton. Her parents; grandparents, Ernie and Lucy Horton; and two brothers, Dale Ernest Horton and Larry Russell Horton, preceded her in death.
  
  Survivors include her children, Michael Todd Wilson and his wife, Julie Monique, of Wills Point, TX, and Ted Wilson and his wife, Beverly Nell, of Mesquite, TX; two sisters, Margie Patterson and her husband, Don, of Terrell, TX, and Rosemary Thomas and her husband, Jarvis, of Monroe, LA; a brother, Greg Horton and his wife Teresa, of Colorado Springs, CO; mother, Betty Horton; uncle, Mervell Wayne Horton of Grand Prairie, TX; a sister-in-law, Martha Horton of Gillett; grandchildren, Michael Scott, James Aaron, Tyler Dean, Seth Morgan, Faith Michelle and Madison Jane Wilson; and one uncle, Raymond Horton of DeWitt.
  
  Funeral services were held Aug. 18 at Anderson-Clayton Brothers Funeral Home in Terrell, TX.

  Melba Jane Horton, 60, of Eustace, passed away on August 14, 2012.  She was born October 2, 1951 in Ethel, Arkansas to Ernest Horton, Jr. and Ernestine Zell (Franks) Horton.  Melba loved to play darts, poker, slot machines and roulette.  She was beloved by her grandchildren who lovingly called her "Granny Melba."
  
  Melba is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents Ernie and Lucy Horton, and brothers Dale Ernest and Larry Russell Horton.  Those left to celebrate her life are sons Michael Todd Wilson and wife Julie Monique of Wills Point, and Ted Wilson and wife Beverly Nell of Mesquite; sisters Margie Patterson and husband Don of Terrell, and Rosemary Thomas and husband Jarvis of Monroe, LA; brother Greg Horton and wife Teresa of Colorado Springs, CO; mother Betty Horton; uncle Mervell Wayne Horton of Grand Prairie; sister-in-law Martha Horton of Jillette [Gillett], AR and grandchildren Michael Scott, James Aaron, Tyler Dean, Seth Morgan, Faith Michelle and Madison Jane Wilson.
  
  Family will receive visitors Saturday, August 18, from 10-11 am at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 11 am.
