• Larry G Sand married Ruby Pearl Smith twice and they were divorced both times.  They were reported together in 1970 in the Manteca, California, city directory.  Their residence was reported as Ripon, which matches Ruby's later directory records in Modesto, where she worked as an "x-ray clerk" at the Memorial HOspital

  Note that both their surnames are oddly reported as Sand.  This was explained a bit later when an earlier record was found after entry of this California marriage record.  This 1979 record reports they marriedin Nevada in March 1979.  But note from the divorce rrecords above that Larry was stil lmarried at this time to Ruby Pearl Smith.  Their (second) divorce was not final until 27 February 1980.  This Nevada record also provides Larry's middle name, represented otherwise in records as the initial G.
