I was surprised to find that while genealogies generally report Aletta's date of death as 8 September 1971, the only document I have seen on the date is her obituary, also posted on some of these genealogies, which reprots that she died Tuesday night. Tuesday of that week was 7 September 1971. I have not seen a burial memorial or photo of her grave marker. She did not have a memorial on Find a Grave,a nd searches turn up no other obituary.or burial information.
