Notes

  • In the 1860 census, Henry and Sarah were reported in the home of one Mary Cadlo, age 74, who was reported as a Pauper.  There was also a school teacher in the household, apparenrtly renting a room or quarters.  Such details and relationships were not reported in these early censuses.  The person reported as holding real estate and personal wealth was Henry, reported as a Farmer.  It seems likely this is Henry's mother, under a second married name, but this is not confirmed.
