    Andrew Crawford died before 1867, when Martha married widower Phillip Gregory.  The truncated marriage record image does not have the exact date.

    The last two children reported in the 1880 census, then, would be Martha's daughters with Phillip.  Julian Lewis' last child, at least among those reported in 1880, was Sterling, born about 1862.  So Julian Lewis died some time between 1862 and 1867, and Martha's husband died some time before 1867.

    Philip and Martha were enumerated in the 1870 census.  The Gregory children as well as Martha's Crawford children are in the household.  It is unclear who the Hodge girl is.
