  In 1918, when Harvey registered for the WWI draft, he was living in Seymour, Texas, and indicated his mother was dependent on him.  T D Barefoot died in 1917, and Katie must have moved to Texas after that.  T D was died and was buried in LIndsay, Oklahoma.
