  Though the first initial looks like a W, this may be M S Green.  In the 1880 census for this family, a son is reported age 21, which would match this son of 1 years old here.  His name is Melvin S Green.  This name matches the initials of one of the executors of Tyree's estate in 1900.  Two of his sons are named only by initials, R C (Robert C) and M S).
  
  In the 1870 census, the enumerator heard the name as Mevlina, and reported Melvin as a daughter.
