  The following 1870 census record appears to be for this William Fogg.  His father's origins in Virginia are supported by his wife's birth state being reported as Virginia.  His younger brother Albert also moved to Jackson County, Arkansas, and died there in 1927.  From the age and state of birth of the last chidl, it appears William moved to Arkansas about 1869.
