The back side of the actual paper on which Drury wrote his will is included as one document in his electronic probate file in Franklin County Probate records.  This is actually the end of the will itself, but contains only the signatures of the witnesses.  The rest of the document was used by the court clerk to write the sworn affidavit of the witneses pressenting the will.  The recording note is also included.  Thanks to Ancestry.com for making this available.  The witness Margaret Jones was Margaret Connally, wife of Thomas Jones.

Drury's Probate File includes only three documents.  The first and the last, in date order, are written front and back, so appear as two separate scans for each document.  The second by date is a one-sided document reporting payments made to settle debts owed by the estate.  No date of death is reported, nor the date of opening probate.   The folder is labeled 1843-1844, and inlcudes two variations of his name, Drewry B and Drury B Chrisitan. Executors were R G Little and Thomas C Christian.

The first document is an estate inventory dated 9 January 1844. The second page one and two of the financial return reporting settlement of the estate of Drury B Christian, returned to court in the September Term 1844.

The inventory document is titled "Inventory of the estate of Drury B Chrisitan, Deceased."  The court clerk, however, wrote the file header name on the top right as Drewry B Christian.  On the financial return the clerk spelled the name Drury B Christian.  The list of debts owed has the name spelled Drewry in both the return title and the file header.
