  Richard H Gregory is the son of Herbert Gregory and Lucy Osborne Thweatt.  We know from Archibald's son George that Archibald's mother was Mary Elizabeth Hatchett.  In fact, her maiden name was Archibald's middle name.  Lucy is likely Richard's sister, named after their mother, Lucy Osborne Thweatt.  This is strenghthened by the fact that in 1860, the only two persons in the household are R H Gregory and Archibald Gregory.
  
  On the same page a few houses away from Richard was F R Gregory, who appears to be Richard and Lucy's brother.  F R appears to be Richard's brother.  Lucy Gregory, who is enumerated in Richard's household, appears to be their sister.   From the name of the second son reported here, we suspect that F R's name is Francis R.
