    W.H. Watson

    W.H. "Buzz" Watson died July 27 at his home in Hobbs, NM. He was born Feb. 13, 1925, in Point DeLuce and was married to Lois Inman Watson Oct. 18, 1946, in Stuttgart. He served in the U.S. Army and Navy in World War II, and was employed by X-Pert Well Service for many years.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Watson and Mary Ann Watson Black; his wife; a son, Jerry Watson; and two brothers, Felix (Tinker) Watson and Jimmy Black.

    Survivors include a son, William Watson and his wife, Marilyn, of Palestine, TX; a daughter, Dianne Scott and her husband, Raul, of Hobbs, NM; two brothers, Marvin Lee Watson of St. Charles and Charles Black of DeWitt; a sister, Nila Dumond of DeWitt; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
