Sarah does not appear in the 1860 census, but there is an Elizabeth in that census who was not in the 1850 census. Family lists have Elizabeth and Sarah, no dates or other details. These two names match in the census.
It seems likely that Sarah and Elizabeth are the same child. The name order has not been confirmed, but referencing common usage of the time, it is likely Sarah Elizabeth. Perhaps more detail discovered later will clarify this.
