- The Strube genealogy for the Plantagenets reports that Hawyse (Hawise) married Owen Ap Griffith de la Pole, Prince of Powys. The Tudorplace Strange information reports that Hawise married Owen's father, Griffith A Wennonwen. The latter further reports a daughter that other sources do not have, a sister of Hawise named Catherine. This says that Catherine married Robert Corbett (Born abt 1223), whose daughter Joan Corbet (born abt 1253) married Owen ap Griffith de la Pole, Prince of Powys.
