There is quite a discrepancy in age here between the child reported as Wiley Williams in 1900, and the child Wiley Lane reported in the same household in 1910. Everything else, however, supports this being the same child, who has apparently been adopted by is stepfather. There was no child named Wiley Lane in the 1900 census, only Wiley Williams.
