  The following record of draft registration for the Civil War might be for this William Terry.  The next name in the list is a close match for William's brother Isom.  But this is Livingston County, Kentucky, and informatoin I have abotu the family indicates they lived in Floyd County when William and his siblings were born.  Also there is a Civile War service records for Isom Terry, but in Arkansas and for the Confederac, while this appears to be for the U S Army.
