- Two children named Michael were reported by this source in this family. This is a common event in the 1880s, and there are separate dates given for each. However, there were some suspicious details that made me suspect there was something wrong here.
The second Michael was given a different birth year, but was reported as dying the next year -- the same year the first Michael died. This was a further problem because there was another child born both the previous year and a set of twins born the same year reported for the birth of the second Michael.
I conclude that this was an erroneous entry, and there should be only one Michael in this family. The correct dfates seem to be that recorded for Micahael on Find a Grave, born 1716, died 1717.
