In 1910 they have moved to Nebraska, where the second son, Russell was born in 1906.  Note that the 1910 census now reports that Robert Everett was also born in Nebraska.  This appears to be a mistake, comparing the 1900 census and other family information.  The burial information on Find a Grave does not have the place of birth.
