Notes

  • Robert Lewis Jackson married Eugenia Augusta Barnett.  Robert wasbadly injured in a Civil War battle, when he was shot through theface, causing hte loss of an eye.  In the 1870 census that appears tomatch them, Eugenia Augusta's name is entered as Elizabeth A.  She isthe one listed as having real estate and personal estate value.  Thisis probably due to Robert's injuries in the war.
