Jane's (Elvira's) husband 's name looks like Jaeson, and is so transcribed by Ancestry.  He is reported in genealogies, though,  as Andrew Jackson, and that might be what the enumerator meant to represent here.  The letter after the A is not clear, and could be a C, or maybe even a K.  But there is no CK for Jack in Jackson.  Maybe her meant to write Jacson, but you would think the enumerator would know how to spell such a common name as Jackson.  Everywhere else he is Andrew J.  I have found no further attestation for Andrew's middle name.

The oldest daughter's name looks like Dave in the census.  Genealogies report her as Dovey.  It may be that the enumerator's scrawling hand meant to enter Dove.  It is definitely not Dovie or Dovey, but D-ve.  Dovey does not appear in the 1910 census, when she should be about 15 years old.

In 1910, Andrew is living in Arden District, Stevens County, Washington.  For some reason Elvira Jane is not listed with the family, though Andrew is reported as married.  And she is listed with him later.

From the birth states of the children, we can tell that Andrew and Elvira moved from Tennessee to Washington about 1904.  They moved to Oregon sometime after 1904, when Harold was born in Washington.

We learn from other sources that Morma (Mormon) and Barbary (Barbara?) are children of Carlos, who is divorced from his wife.  It is interesting that the children are with Carlos and not the wife.  I do not have his wife's name.

There are similar entries for 1939 and 1941 at 1918 Colorado pl.  Harold is not in those two directories.  For some reason the directory has abbreviated their street name as pi, but the 1940 census has the name written out as Colorado Place, which is normally abbreviated Pl (pl).
