Notes
- IN 1892, Frank married Amanda (Mandy) Elizabeth White.
F M Moore, Male
Manday E White
Marriage 10 Jan 1892 Red River, Texas, USA
In the 1900 census, Frank's wife Manda White was already a widow. Their youngest child, Ora, was reported as born in October 1895, so he died sometime between 1895 and 1900.

The reported birth states for parents of the girls do not correpsond to the birth states reported for Amanda. Their father's birth state here is Arkansas and the mother's Texas, but Amanda's birth state is reported as Arkansas.
I suspect the enumerator got confused. I think both are supposed to be Arkansas. In 1920, the reported states change for Ora/Ola, now a widow in her mother's household with her two children.
