  Note that her name is given in both these censuses as Addie M.  A genealogy reports her full name as Mae Adaline.  This accounts for Addie and the initial M, but reverses the order from that reported in the census.  The genealogy gives no source for the name, but seems to come from family sources.  I have seen numerous other occasions where an individual was called by their middle name, and reported their name as the Middle name followed by first initial.

  It seems likely Adaline was her full name, since one of her father's sisters was also named Adaline and caleld Addie.
  
  The Harman Heritage site keeps the nickname form as reported inteh census, and spells the middle name in the traditional way.
