Piott P Mullins, reported as a daughter by the 1880 census born in 1878, is not reported in the household of Lafayette and Martha Jane in 1900. She would be 22, and is likely married and in her own household. I have not yet found her in the 1900 census.

In 1910, Martha Jane has died (1906), and Lafayette is reported as a widower. He is still living Resaca, Georgia, and his single daughter Mintie Ann is living with him; only the two in the household.
