  I found a memorial for Martha Lee on Find a Grave, but there is no photo of the gravestone.  The memorial reports the cemetery in which she was/would be buried but reports no date of death, and no plot number.  Noting the date of the memorial in 2003, we see her stone had been placed, but at the time the memorial was posted, she had not died.  The Social Security record gives us her date of death above, which was submitted in November 2014 to the memorialists at Find a Grave.  The death information was later added to the memorial as updated below.
