    --  Elliott and Lockhart,

This genealogy reports that C A died in Dixie, Texas.  I cannot findany town or settlement named Dixie in Oklahoma.  The wholesoutheastern region was originally called Little Dixie, and is stillknown by that name.  This area is basically the same as ChoctawNation, and was opened to settlement by white settlers from 1898.There is a Dixie Cemetery in Stephens County, which borders LittleDixie on the west..  I found an online registry, but it does not havea burial listing for CA Burton, or anyone recognizable as part of hisimmediate family.
