A North Carolina Death Certificate may also be for this William B Strange. Details match closely. But the birth date is different from that on the WWI Draft Registration, so this may be two related William B Stranges from Tennessee.
The full name given there is William Bradford Strange, which reflects an ancestor in an earlier generation. The mother's name is Jane Cody. Earlier information lacked the maiden name of William B's mother Susan Jane. His father's name was known to be John B, which we suspected was also Bradford. The first name only appears on this death certificate. Details available match.

Another WWI Draft Registration record includes the middle name Bradford, and may be the same person as in the NC death certificate. The birth date is the same day, but the year is one year earlier than the death certificate. This occurs in other draft regisgtrations and death certificates, similar to the variations of birth month and year reported in the 1900 census. This William Bradford Strange lived in Hawkins County, so may be the William Bradford Strange reporrted in the North Carolina Death Certificate. The relation to George in the registration for the other William Bradford, and the location in Jefferson County, ties him more surely to the primary Strange line we have been following here in Jefferson-Cocke County.
